3. Tournament Prize Pools and Entry Fees:
   PRG tournaments that include prize pools are fully funded by the platform or through official sponsorship agreements.

   This ensures that no participant profits from the losses of others — a key distinction that avoids any resemblance to gambling or maysir.

4. Credit System Transparency:
   PRG uses a credit system exclusively for in-platform access to features such as tournament entries or premium services.
   Credits do not represent real currency, cannot be traded, and have no cash value outside of the platform. This eliminates any financial speculation or resemblance to monetary gambling.

5. Compliance with Qatari Law and Financial Oversight:
   PRG is fully registered under the Qatar Financial Centre (QFC) and Media City Qatar, and abides by all legal and regulatory frameworks of the State of Qatar, which strictly prohibits gambling, wagering, and riba-based practices under national law.
   Furthermore, PRG is approved by licensed banks in Qatar, which operate under both Qatari legal and Islamic banking standards, and our platform’s payment gateways are vetted and secured in line with national compliance laws.

6. Voluntary Participation and Player Responsibility:
   Participation in PRG tournaments and services is entirely voluntary. Users join based on personal interest and skill readiness, and PRG does not guarantee earnings or winnings.
   Users are encouraged to play responsibly and in moderation, and all platform use must comply with our Terms & Conditions and Fair Play Policies.

7. No Financial Guarantees or Profit Promises:
   PRG does not offer users any promises of financial gain, investment returns, or guaranteed outcomes. Rewards are only distributed to winners of competitive tournaments based on merit, and may vary depending on the structure and type of event.
